T1 Personal Income Tax Return – Client Resource Page

Welcome to the 2024 Personal Income Tax Season! Your 2024 T1 Personal Income Tax Return is due April 30, 2025 and we are so excited about tax season that we want to get started right away.

First things first! This is a friendly reminder that the deadline for Canadian personal tax instalments is approaching. If you have not yet made your instalment payments, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any late fees or penalties.

Tax Instalment Deadlines:

  • December 15, 2024
  • March 15, 2025

The current interest rate for overdue taxes in Canada is 9% annually, compounded daily. This is expected to decrease to 8% effective March 31, 2025.
